Shipping rates and availability
Our products are made and fulfilled through Printify and its print providers. Shipping is not free by default. Shipping charges depend on the product, fulfillment provider, destination, and available shipping service. The applicable shipping charge is calculated using our Printify-connected shipping setup; please review the shipping amount presented at checkout before placing your order.
Available delivery destinations can vary by product and print provider. If your location is not supported, or if a shipping price looks incorrect, please contact us before ordering.
Production and delivery times
Each item is produced and dispatched by the relevant print provider. Production time and shipping transit time vary by item, fulfillment location, destination, and carrier. Any estimated dates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Items in the same order may ship separately.
Tracking
Where the fulfillment provider supplies tracking, we’ll share the available tracking details when the order ships. Carrier and customs delays can affect delivery after dispatch.
International orders, taxes, and customs
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Depending on your destination, customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees may apply. These fees are set by the relevant authorities or carriers and may not be included in the product or shipping price shown on the site.
Shipping problems
If an order is delayed, lost, damaged, or arrives with a production issue, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the fulfillment provider. Refunds and replacements are reviewed according to the circumstances, our refunds policy, and applicable consumer rights; they are not automatically guaranteed for every delay.
